We understand that things can happen! If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period for most services. However, arriving later may result in a shorter service time to accommodate the next client, or in some cases, rescheduling may be necessary.

PURCHASE ONLINE HERECancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will result in a charge of 50% of services booked plus 20% gratuity.
